8201 47 string Concert Grand harp with extended, decorated soundboard- serial number #8201. With the trademark qualities for the stye 23 of clarity, evenness of tone and resonance, this Style 23 has served its current owner extremely well over he last 30 years. No stranger to solo, chamber music studio recordings and orchestral work this instrument has had no problems holding its own in larger ensembles and venues. Built in 1981 and refurbished by Lyon & Healy in 2000 with a new neck and overhaul of the mechanism, the instrument has been regularly serviced by Billy Hornby, last service with complete string change June ’25. It comes with a padded cover and a rather antique six-wheeler Salvi trolly which is still going strong- they were built to last!
